Hot Wings with Adobo

 

INGREDIENTS:

100 Grams  Rio Mar Adobo

˝ Cup of water

4 pieces of Chicken Wings  (pre-cooked)

Oil to taste

Pepper and onion to taste

Bring the water and Chicken Bouillon to a rapid boil in a saucepan.  Lower to medium heat.  Add the  Rio Mar Adobo.  Stir until a thick sauce is formed. 

Spread the Adobo over the Chicken Wings and marinate for 2 hours or more, after marinated place the Chicken Wings in a saucepan with hot oil and fry them. If desire add a little of vinegar.

If desire adobo can be fried separately and add a little of chicken bouillon and pour this sauce on the plate with the chicken wings.

Blue cheese dressing can be added.
